Hello Everyone,

Has anyone had any luck successfully treating mange?  Lori and I have tried a lot of home remedies, but nothing seems to work.  We have really tried to put off the dips because of all of the horror stories we've heard.  

So far, we've gotten Taboo on an all natural dog food, tried white sulfur, yellow sulfur, Borax, and Neem.  In addition to that, we've tried supplementing her food with all sorts of vitamins/herbs.

Any help, especially from step 1, would be greatly appreciated.  We've been dealing with this since before Thanksgiving.

I had the same problem with my last male and finally gave in to the vet's treatment.  I tried all the herbal, Murphy's Oil Soap, etc.  Once I used the Ivermetrin treatment I never had a problem with it again nor did I have any problems with the treatment.  It is hereditary and a male problem usually.  I respect you for trying other wise, but I found that to be my only solution and the result came quickly for him.

Zoie had mange for about 7 months, maybe more. I had to go the vet route. Im not sure if the meds worked or if it just ran its course...Good luck and let us know!

Oh, I forgot to say...I refused the dips and sprays. I only did the oral meds. I also give her revolution. I think that helped more than anything..
