every month a mod will put up a thread asking for nominations..you pm the mod and nominate a boxer...not your boxer, someone elses...they take the first 5 nominations then within a day or so they will post another thing telling us to vote for next months featured boxer....all the pictures are distorted so you dont know who you are voting for but you will be able to see who the nominees are and try and guess which swirly is who if you want...i hope that helps if someone else can explain it better then please do so
