Great pics and super cute dog.

I've taken a bazillion dog pics with my camera so a couple quick tips for good pictures:

To avoid the blurry pics, use a flash and try to get close to your dog since the flash only is good for about 10-15 feet max.  If you are farther away than that don't bother with a flash, but you'll need very bright light (a nice and sunny day) to get crisp pics.  Also try using any type of "sport" or ISO lock/ISO 400 type features that your camera may come with as they'll cut down on blurriness.

Also, try to have the sun at your back (I'm always circling around the dogs when I'm taking pictures, lol).  That way when the dog looks at you and you take a picture, their face is nice and lit up (from the sun), avoiding those infamous pictures where you can't see any detail on half your dogs face since it's in a bit of a shadow from it's own head.
