Hi all, just wanted to introduce myself, I'm new to this forum. I am expecting our new puppy in 3 days. We are military and currently stationed in the Netherlands. We wanted to get a puppy from a US breeder. Here in the Netherlands it is also illegal to crop ears and tails. We had a boxer previously that we unfortunately had to put to sleep 2 years ago. She was 9 years old and was diagnosed with stomach cancer. Was a real heart breaker, she was my baby. We have decide to get another boxer and now he should be here soon. He is 10 weeks old and as cute as can be we have decided to call him Sampson.
Sampson is adorable! I can't believe how quickly they grow. Seems like mine were that small not too awfully long ago! Welcome to the site Keep us posted on his progress. We love to hear stories and see pix!
As you can tell by our boxers names, we are former military. Are you getting Sampson from a US breeder or did you get him from over there? Sorry to hear about your female boxer. I can't imagine losing one but I will never get another breed again! Glad you decided to jump back in with another boxer
Welcometo Boxerforums!
Sampson is a little cutiepatootie! What a popular name, I think this makes 3 Sampson's now???? 2 with P's, one without.
Anywho, we love pictures here so load us up!
My senior Samson says "woof" to your wee Sampson. He is adorable..It's becoming a popular name it seems....Welcome to the forum. Very sorry to hear how you lost your last boxer...Very heartbreaking.....
Feel free to jump in with questions, comments and lots and lots of pictures...I love all the puppies we have on here..I get my daily fix now....Lol
I can understand how you feel about your loss my house was empty without my brindle boxer within a week I got another puppy but still I think of him every day it is like you loose a 10 year old kid.
