Here's a few pics of Laila.  She's back at the HS.  Not doing well.  She hasn't eaten in 4 days.  These pics are of the day my mom brought her home and she wasn't that bad.  She's soooo sweet and sooo cute!

aww Trish you think its jsut the worms making their way out? i knwo Sharon had sais it really makes them feel aweful..and also being in a new home then back the hs..etc..shes im sure nervous...

hopefully shell be feeling better soon...can they iv her fluids? so shes not so weak and getting all thaat she needs?

Ky_IsisnOnyxsMama is right, she is prob just feeling a little unsettled due to all the changes  >< , just give her loads of lovin and i'm sure it will make her feel loads better, theres no better therapy for a boxer then loads of love

She's adorable, poor thing having to go thru this. Has she tried cooking her up a little lean burger and some rice to tempt her palate?  Or even raw burger?  When mine have been super sick this is sometimes the only thing they would eat.  Little bits of it......thru out the day to keep her eating and her energy up.

Sorry she is still not feeling well.....She is a cutie and I am sure your mom is worried sick about her.....Not eating when they are going through heartworm treatment is very common....it is other things in addition to it...such as loose stool and vomiting, coughing, not wanting to drink water, dehydration that you have to be concerned with in addition....Then....there are also some dogs that just can not take the injectible treatment, the injections make them sick....do you know what they are using to treat her with?

What a sweetheart Laila is and I am so sorry she's still not doing well...Those heartwrom treatments are really kicking her butt, poor girl...Hoping she starts improving so she can come home, I know your mom must be worried sick..

Sharon, I don't know what they are giving her.  She won't eat ANYTHING.  My mom has tried everything, even chicken broth.  She throws up immediately after she drinks water.  She's REALLY sick.  My brother has to pick her up cus she doesn't even have the energy to get up.  I'm not sure what they are gonna do for her but I hope they get her better.  She really is such a sweet girl and my mom is a mess.
