Re: bailey stopped breathing gave him mouth to nose!

I am sorry for your loss and yet another young boxer life to fall victim to a fatal heart disorder.  Someday, hopefully I know it wont be in my lifetime, I hope it can be eliminated from the breed.   So not far to them - RIP Bailey Martin!

Sorry to hear about your loss...
I can totally sympathize with you and we are very sorry for your loss.  You did the right thing in letting him go.  I have lost the last two boxers to heart problems and my third one (in a row!)  has been diagnosed.  That is how prevelant this disease has become in the boxer breed.  In memory of my dogs I only support breeders who thoroughly health test their dogs and I know that there is still no guarantee. I can tell you that when they are that bad there is no joy in putting them thru the lousy side effects of meds and the lack of luster to life when they are as bad as your lovely boy was.

Blessings,

Nano
Sorry to hear that

RIP
I am so sorry about your loss. We recently lost a boxer in our family ( my brothers ), so I know how you must feel. Know that you did the best for your dog, and you will find peace with your decision.

I'm so sorry for your loss. I can only imagine how you and your family feel. Odin and I send boxer hugs and kisses to you and your family. Run free Baileyboo!
So sorry to hear this!  I know how painful it is to lose a beloved dog.  We lost our Rocky in Nov. 2006.
Praying for your family in this tough time!
