Tomorrow is the day..**UPDATE**
That the owners of the two boxer babies have to go to court. I am pretty confident the city will be awarded custody but I am still crossing my fingers.

Wow, I wasn't expecting that..I agree, i don't understand how one can go back and the other doesn't, or at least not yet anyways....That is awful
