Just wanted to post a warning not to feed too much Turkey this week to your dogs.

It was on another board that feeding turkey in excess can cause pancreatitis in dogs.   Esp the skin.  Its loaded with fat and oils.  Even the meat in excess is not too good since all the oils and fats from the skin saturate the meat.

So just wanted to pass this along:)

Re: Test

someone else mentioned something to me about that, but didn't give the reason, thanks Heather...Thought it might have been the tripto stuff that makes us sleepy

Thanks, wasn't really aware of that.  My family comes to my house for Thanksgiving, this year I will have around 20 people (11 of them kids) so I am going to have to let everyone know not to feed Kiah table scraps.

I do give mine turkey from T-giving.  But I boil it to get all the fat and grease out I can.   However this year they are getting Oma turkey and veggie raw patties - YUM-A-ROO!
