update death during spay stella

I hope you find out something soon.  Maybe it will you some kind of resolution.  It won't bring her back but maybe it will help to get some answers.  

we are ok now we just think our little girl was very special and that maybe she wasen't ment to be here very long so she picked us so we could give her lots of love and touch our heart

Amen and amen...and perhaps someday you will love her again (with all of our babies) through another sweet girl...there is MUCH comfort to be had in that...

the breeder said that he would give us another puppy when we are ready we are thinking about it but want to get all the tests in to make sure that it is not in the family line he also wants us to call him and let him know what they find because he will not breed if it runs in the family

Im so sorry for your loss, its never easy. I hope the vets can provide you with some kind of closure. Again, so sorry for your loss.

Hooray for your breeder being responsible and not wanting to breed dogs if they are passing something on.

Kudos to the breeder! That is a great that he is going to offer a new pup, but wants to make sure it doesnt run in his line!  Stella was a very special girl and i am sure you gave her the best you could for the time she was here.

That is the best way to look at it, and I agree wholeheartedly.  She had a family and was loved.  You made her short time here worth something.  Makes me cry as I think about it.  All dogs have a short time here with us...  We love them with all we have, and they will always be missed when they are gone.  But I think they know how special they are and the lives that they touch    

I can't imagine what you are going through right now. My thoughts are with you and your family.  

My heart also goes out to you - we need to get our Baby spayed and haven't done it yet.

My thoughts are with you...I just lost my best friend of 15 years last April...my beloved Dalmatian, Max......I couldn't get out of bed for 3 days...I know what you are going through and my heart aches for you.  I just got a 9 week old Boxer, Stella.....now I will think of you everytime I call her.

So sorry for your loss of Stella.  My heart goes out to your family, it is so hard to lose one of our boxer babies.  So glad you are able to look at it the way you are and hopefully will have news from the vet on what went happened.
