My pup hasn't eaten all day today, wont even touch his food bowl, and he just vomited up some white foamy stuff. Other than that hes being playful but he just wont eat and he just vomited. And also he usually has a huge appetite but the past 3 days hes only been eating One meal even though hes being offered food 3 times a day.

Maybe bored with his food or he has an upset tummy, has he gottten into something he shouldn't?  Kiah used to vomit (white foamy stuff) in the middle of the night on some foods she was eating.  Try giving 1 tsp of plain low fat yougurt at night.  

If he isn't pooing or his vomit smells like poo you should get him to the vet as he may have an obstruction.

Thanks a lot for the help. Hes pooping and peeing perfectly, and is acting normal I think it was just an upset stomach.

How old is he?  Younger pups need to be watched for dehydration and also so they don't become hypoglycemic from lack of eating and this can happen fast.  If he is not eating or drinking and continues to vomit you would be best to have him checked by a vet.  It is possible that he swallowed something he shouldn't have and it is hopefully working it's way back up the "hatch" so to speak.

If he is playing and acting well that is a good sign but if he is young it is an added precaution to really watch this.
