hi..I'm in AZ..I am a new boxer owner..my girl is 8 weeks old..as soon as she is cleared by the vet to be out in public, I hope to take her to places and meet with other boxer owners..I live in Mesa..keep me informed of any meetings that should come up..thanks.

Does anyone on this post belong to a boxer club?  I am relocating to Phoenix & have some concerns about Ali's health.  Hopefully, I can get some piece of mind about dealing with the heat.

Hi..I'm in Mesa AZ..I'm glad more boxer owners are showing up on the forum from AZ..As of right now i know of no groups here in AZ that meet..I would love to belong to one..My girl Elyse is 3 months old now..The heat can be harsh here that is for sure..I just keep my dogs in the house and always make sure they get plenty of water..We also have a pool so that helps with cooling them off..I have never been an advocate of taking dogs to go places and leaving them in the car no matter when you live, but especially here in AZ during the long hot summers it is an absolute bad idea..I would not worry so much if your dog has access to shade and water at all times and can be indoors as well...I wish you the best on your move.

I'm in mesa but have not gone to the dog parks..it would be great to be able to get a group of AZ boxers together for a meet up..So anyone in AZ, weather is turning nicer, so let's get together with our boxers!!
