This was on our way home. He just wanted to be on one of us and give us kisses he was so excited, I figured he would be scared on the way home but nope he started talking and kissing and he hasn't stopped  :D

We haven't got Bentley yet but the breeder sends us pictures everyday.  We are so excited.

People are going to have to post some really cute puppy pictures to cancel out some of these rescue pups.

Not the first day, but the second night after we cleaned him up a little bit so these are actually an improvement.  Blood was pretty much pouring out nonstop from his muzzle and chin.  His leg skin was like paper and would bleed if stressed too much.

Even with all the stuff going on he was still the cutest dog I've ever laid my eyes on!!!

Poor Cooper....You should post a bigger now picture of him too. Because he looks really good now.  You did a good job with him.
Here you go.  Yep this is the same dog.  I still can't get over how well he's been healing up.  Hair has mostly grown back.  Skin is pretty much normal.  Some slight roughness due to all the open sores, kind of like scars, but thin.  Hair is still a little thin but the rest should still come in when he's finally able to kick those mites out.  For some reason his hair actually looks thinner in pictures than in person.  I think it's the flash

Well since we got Baby when she was a little over a year old, the only puppy picture I have was one that the former owner sent to me.

48Dodge, amazing transformation!  I remember when you first posted those pics of him, he looked awful.  I didn't realize you were still around the board.  Tremendous job, he looks so healthy now!
Oscar before two weeks before we got him.  He's only six weeks here.

thanks guys.  Yup, still around.  He was so bad off when we got him that we asked people to hold off on gifts for him for a week since we didn't know if he was even going to make it that long.  Even the vet said there was a good chance he could recover, but he couldn't promise anything and he'd never seen an owner let demodex get that bad and that infected.  I realize now how small he was when we got him.  He was 37 lbs.  Had tapeworms.  He's up to around 55lbs now, still looks a tad skinny, but he'll probably thicken up when I get him off this ivermectin
48 dodge, Amazing job and an amazing recovery. I know it took alot of patience, love and alot of money! Seeing those pictures made me want to cry. You are very strong, I wouldn't be able to deal with that. Cooper is very lucky.

48 i commend you ...i know how hard it was for us with Isis....she has skin infections, kennel cough, brochitis, fleas, back was so hunched she could barely walk and so scared..and deaf so im sure that made it scarier

BUT you have done an amazing job !!! and i thinks thats awesome!!!! he looks spectacular !!!
Isis recovered wonderful also. Bronchitis is a pain in the ass to deal with, and Kennel cough...
I hate Kennel cough. Great Job.
Yeah 4 year old and 17 lbs... that's insane. My dog weigh 17 lbs at 3 month old. They really neglected her. What a bunch of evil people.
