Unhappy Bleeding skin tags???

My 5 year old has at least 3 black dry, crusty growths on his leg, chest, and chin. They are small, like skin tags. The crusty part protrudes out and comes off easily, but then it bleeds. He doesn't seem bothered by them and I've never seen him scratching or licking them. The vet was not concerned about them and just advised that I keep them clean with an antimicrobial cleanser. Has anyone else had this issue?

Does the part that come off grow back?

My dog had one on his private parts that I used to call the "weenie wart!" We had it removed by laser because he was constantly licking at it and you know how pleasant that can be to listen to!

Skin tags tend to do that. I would have your vet cauterize them

The one on his leg grows back...but I'm not sure if the chin or chest ones will as I just plucked them off in the last 2 weeks. Are they warts or skin tags do you think?
